Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

Vaultify is a digital wallet simulation tool delivered instantly upon purchase as a PWA (Progressive Web App). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • Your license key was not delivered or is non-functional due to a technical issue on our end.
  • You have not activated or used the license key.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The license key has already been activated on a device.
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
  • The request is due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • The license was revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our Discord with your purchase details (transaction ID, license key, payment method). We will review your request within 48 hours.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be sent to the wallet address you provide.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately revoke all associated license keys and ban the account.
